Your staff can become certified Protectics Breakaway coaches and teach your staff a safe
way to deal with clients.
|
|
A 'Train the Trainers' course allows up to four people
to learn how to teach Breakaway techniques. It consists of two sessions of two days
training separated by two weeks for some private study. Then a further day for assessment
and certification.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants
will be accredited as a Certified Protectics Breakaway Coach.
|
|
The qualification enables participants to deliver the
one day Protectics Breakaway training course.

Course Programme:
|
|
Day One
|
The 'Breakaway Training One Day Course and discussion
time.
|
|
Day Two
|
Review and practice of the course.
|
|
Two-week study period for review of material already
practiced, research and assimilation of suggested reading and DVD material.
|
|
Day Three
|
Review and Training practice.
|
|
Day Four
|
Advanced techniques and Training
practice.
|
|
Day Five
|
Monitoring of a training course and review and awarding
of training certificate. Up to ten additional people can attend this course for 'normal'
training. You have to organise the venue and additional participants for this
course.

The total investment for an in house programme
at a location that you specify (Within mainland UK) is £6995 (plus VAT) for up to four people
and covers the cost of the four days of primary training, and the assessment day. Also included
is the Breakaway Training DVD
training course and
the book "How to Deal WIth Verbal
Aggression".
Thereafter the organisation pays an
optional fee of £10 per person trained by the trainers if you require
Protectics certification for them.
The Breakaway Training Coach certification is for a period
of one year and is renewable annually by attendance of the trainers at a one day training
course (current cost £995 plus VAT - this fee is per course NOT per
trainer).
