A blend of intellectual, academic and physical skills is what makes Protectics' training so useful and their '•Tect' courses so interesting and enjoyable. Just like life, the courses include experience, thought and action. This ensures that the training is assimilated quickly and (far more importantly) is remembered! Too often skills learnt in a training course are forgotten by the time that they are needed.

The Protectics methodology helps ensure that skills are embedded into permanent memory so that they are instantly available when required.

Robert (who was born in 1953) has a varied background as an accountant, a computer programmer and systems analyst, a business and marketing consultant, a website designer, a trainer, an after dinner and motivational speaker, an author and a martial artist with over thirty six years of experience.

"Many of my skills in aggression and stress management come from my business and martial arts background, but being married for over twenty-five years and having three children has helped a lot too…"
