Robert
Agar-Hutton is a very professional and knowledgeable facilitator
and the course was
invaluable in providing appropriate breakaway strstegies to deal with clients
who are physically aggressive. The training enables me to cascade the strategies
to our own employees and the subsequent benefits for them and us and, more importantly,
our clients, are clearly evident. Moreover I have now trained employees in several
other organisations with
excellent results.
