Protectics V•Tect Verbal Aggression Management Trainer Certification | |
Would you like your organisation to have its own Protectics certified V•Tect Verbal Aggression Management trainers? Verbal aggression management is of critical importance but it can be a heavy drain on financial resources as courses are expensive and time consuming. Unfortunately, learning how to teach verbal aggression management properly is a complicated skill and requires much more than just reading a couple of books or going on a couple of days training. |

What
is the answer? Protectics offers an elegant solution:- |

A
'Train the Trainers' course allows from two to six people to
learn how to teach our proven "V•Tect Dealing with Verbal Aggression" training
programme. The trainer training course for six people consists
of three consecutive weeks training of three days per week. |
||
Upon
successful completion of the course, participants will be accredited
as a Certified Protectics V•Tect Verbal Aggression Management
Trainer. |
||
The
training qualifies participants to give the Protectics one day "V•Tect
Dealing with Verbal Aggression" course and to be able to introduce
and monitor an ongoing management of verbal aggression philosophy
into an organisation. |
||
The
total investment in the programme is £7995 (plus VAT) for up
to six people and covers the cost of the nine days of training. Thereafter
the licenced trainers can provide training for the organisation that
they are licenced to. The organisation pays a nominal fee of £10
per person trained. The certification is for a period of one year
and is renewable annually by attendance at a one day training course
(current cost £950 plus VAT). |

Course Programme: |

Day
one |
The
first day is the "V•Tect Dealing with Verbal Aggression" course.
(Up to six additional people can attend this course for 'normal'
training.) |

Day
two |
In
depth study of what aggression is, its causes and how it can be 'managed'. |
|
Day
three |
Advances
the trainee's knowledge of aggression management techniques and test
to allow the trainees to review their knowledge.. |
|
Day
four |
Practice
of aggression management techniques and group discussion. |
|
Day
five |
Each
trainee gives a short aggression management course. |
|
Day
six |
Two
of the trainees (Trainers) give a course to the other trainees and
up to six other people |
|
Day
seven |
Two
of the trainees (Trainers) give a course to the other trainees and
up to six other people |
|
Day
eight |
Two
of the trainees (Trainers) give a course to the other trainees and
up to six other people |
|
Day
nine |
Fine
tuning and formal review of knowledge via a short written and practical
test is undertaken. |

Upon
successful completion of the course, the 'Trainers' will be awarded
their Protectics V•Tect Verbal Aggression Management Trainer
certificate. |

The
trainers are supported via regular contact with Protectics Limited
and an annual day of training and re-accreditation. |
||
The
'Train the Trainers' course is for people who already have some teaching
or coaching skills. Teaching and presentation skills can be taught
if required, on a three day preliminary 'Training Skills' course. |
