Here are some of the questions that we get asked often enough for them to benefit by being explained on this website.

• Courses will generally be invoiced after each week’s training and invoices are payable strictly within 30 days. Overseas courses and training for coach and trainer accreditation must be prepaid. 

• A suitable location for the training with adequate lighting, heating and ventilation.
     
• Buffet lunch for trainer and delegates - Lunch is only 45 minutes duration.
     
• A screen and data projector (for connection to a laptop computer).
     
• A flipchart and stand.
     
• For physical skills courses the venue MUST have carpeting or safety matting and enough space to allow for safe movement. A space of 500sq ft or greater is ideal.
     
• On-site parking for the trainer’s car or provision for training materials to be delivered and stored prior to the course.

• Courses are suitable for people of normal health however most disabilities can be catered for but notification of all conditions that could restrict participation should be communicated to Protectics Limited prior to training commencing.
     
• The trainer has an absolute right to exclude any delegate for health and safety reasons.

• Delegates on all courses (except our 'Individual Safety Workshop') will be offered a course certificate. The delegates name, the organisations name, date and number of certificate are stored on a database at Protectics.

• Training can take place anywhere that is convenient for you - Worldwide.
     
• Fees quoted on this site are for mainland UK - additional charges for overseas training courses.
