Lone Worker Safety Conference 2010
On Tuesday the 11th May 2010, I spoke
at the Lone Worker Safety Conference and as a speaker it was enjoyable and as a member of the
audience it was very interesting and informative. I met people who varied from a social worker
worried about his personal safety through to the head for safety of an organisation that employs
25,000 (yes, twenty-five thousand) field service representatives who need to be protected against
the dangers inherent in lone working.
Some of the audience
comments about my presentation:
"loved your interactive and lively
session", "really perked
up the afternoon", "made
them laugh", "got
interesting info across", "wished he would have covered the subject for the entire
session" and "could
have talked longer about the subject".
Finally from the conference organiser...
"It
was great to have you on board and I certainly would like you to be a part of it next
year."
