Physical Skills Training.

Physical skills courses are specifically tailored to your requirements.

Some forms of physical training are of a confidential nature. When applicable we will train clients at a secure private training venue where discretion can be assured.   
 
Physical skills training courses will be given by Robert Agar-Hutton who has been training in the martial and health arts since 1970 and is a 5th degree black belt in Karate Jutsu, a 5th degree black belt in Kyu Shin Ryu Karate and is registered as an Advanced Level instructor of Tai Chi with the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain 
   
The main types of training are:-  
  Self Preservation

Basic techniques to avoid conflict.

  Self Defence

Training in how to deal with a physical conflict situation.

  Breakaway Training

Safe avoidance from an assault where there is a duty of care.

  Tai Chi and Chi Gung 

Learning how to relax and stay fit.

  Karate Jutsu

The long term study of a Martial Art.
